what it is:
how it works:
all members have a personal database of venue information that they have gathered. from this database you set up a tour (e.g. "Mar 2010" or "The Southeast - Summer"). then you can easily ask the tour planner something like "show me all the venues that are not confirmed and i have not emailed in 7 days" and voila. the basic information you have about that venue (name, website, city and state) is then searchable by others. don't worry, all the rest of your information about that venue is private and can only be seen by YOU or people that YOU designate as 'Friends'.
